Subject: New Spreadsheets interface is here
Hello everyone! The much anticipated new Spreadsheets interface is
finally here. We were hoping to accomplish three things with it: make
it faster, make it more consistent with our siblings (documents and
presentations), and give us more room to add features without clutter.

We also took a shot at making some commands more accessible and
arranging the rest in a way that is more intuitive. Here you can learn
more about new interface: http://documents.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=112475

We know a change like this might take some getting used, but hopefully
you'll agree that overall it's a big improvement. We're looking
forward to hearing your feedback!

NEW FEATURES

This is not feature-heavy release, but we did find time for a few new
things, namely:

* Go to calendar directly from 'Share' menu. No more excuses for
forgetting to set up that meeting with your collaborators. Go to
"Share" and click on 'Create event w. these people'

* Full screen view. Use Ctrl+Shift+F to circle though 3 full-screen
modes! Choose between default (full mode), hide DocBar (compact mode)
and hide MenuBar and Toolbar (edit mode).

* If you have a web address or email in the form description or custom
confirmation message, it will automatically make it into a link.

BUG FIXES

We also fix quite a few bugs, including:

* Collaborators seeing blank pages upon clicking on invitation links -
fixed

* Hidden columns visible when exporting as .pdf - fixed

* Going into an edit mode (hitting F2) puts cursor at the beginning of
the cell in Google Chrome - fixed

Enjoy!
