Hi everyone,

Thanks for letting us know about the problems you've been experiencing
with your missing folders. I want to assure you that we have been
investigating each and every instance of this. No data has been lost
and all of you should have your folders back in early January.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I'll update you all
again as soon as this has been fixed.

Thank you again for your patience and help while we worked to resolve
this issue.
