As many other issues human civilization is an well tuned calibrated
system wich can be brought out of achivements and nonstagantion by
either too low or too high birth rates first bringing to crushing and
second bringing to stagnation index poverty .
Issues are as well very well conected to basic levels of economic level
and knowledge .
Since this is an well defined most basic most important issue and
indicator on the
Human society functioning full historical and actual studies must be
made in order
to know this constrains and be aware of their uper and lower limits
