Hello everyone. I just uploaded the API at the address
http://www.fotonumerix.com/api-fotolia. I see the index.php file as
well as the others but whatever file I choose, I get around 15 lines
like this:
---------------------------------------
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would
like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of
xml_set_object(). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-
reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your
INI file. in /home/.zulu/majusc00l/foto/api-fotolia/xml-rpc.php on
line 73
--------------------------------------

Each line states a different line number of the xml-rpc.php files but
each suggest to modify a different declaration:

example
--------------------------------------------
modify the declaration of xml_set_object(), array_unshift(), [runtime
function name](), XML_unserialize(), XMLRPC_adjustValue(),
XML_serialize(),
---------------------------------------------

Someone can provide a little startup help on this subject?

Thanks in advance

Friendly

Hi,

This is because the kit you have download was written for php4, not
php5.
As you're using php5 you might be interested by the file fotolia-php5-
kit.tar.gz I have just uploaded.
It is a sample implementation of the Fotolia API using php5.

Thanks Olivier. I just downloaded your kit. I'll have a look at it
right after I've found out what Zend Framework is about ;-)

I'll try to set up the other API on a PHP 4 website to verify your
answer. I'm sure you are right and I know other group members will be
interested as they also had my problem without knowing what it was.

Zend Framework is a php5 framework written by Zend (the company behind php).
You can find more about it here: http://framework.zend.com/whyzf/
