Subject: Chatback to Multiple Accounts
I currently have LivePerson for live chat help implemented for the
company I work for, but am curious as to how I could combine our
Google Apps with chatback to replace this?

The only option I can think of would be to create several chatback
badges to generic accounts [email address] and then the user
could select the available operator.

Is there a way to 'route' a chat to an available status chatter?

Thanks!

Ryan
