Ayala Foundation announces the openings for the Filipinas Heritage Library
 
LIBRARIAN - ARCHIVIST
Dept/Division:
 Filipinas Heritage Library (FHL)
The Librarian - Archivist shall report directly to the Manger, Filipiniana Section and will manage the collection of the Library. Specifically, job holder shall perform the following tasks:
·
Archive the FHL’s special collection
·
Process the images for the photo collection: classification, identification; titling, and annotation of the images
·
Assist library users
·
Assist in library project researches
·
Assist in processing of request and orders for images
·
Assist in the promotion of the special collection
·
Handles tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria:
·
Knowledgeable in Library Operations, information technology - library management, and archiving
·
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
·
Has good working knowledge in cataloguing and inventory
·
Is diligent and customer service oriented

Assist in handling Library link program and Filipiniana Website

Assist in the preservation / conservation of collection

Design/execute Filipiniana Display
·
Handle tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
Selection Criteria
Knowledgeable in Library Operations and Information Technology - Library Management
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Has good working knowledge in cataloguing and inventory
Is diligent and customer service oriented
