I am moving into my big house to start a preschool and am going to be renting my cottage..Please pass the word on to anyone whom you think might be interested...I am asking $850 (the 50 is for electricity) and their propane is separate, never very much..Of course, it would be wonderful if someone just loved to garden, but not necessary. must have someone who appreciates it enough to keep it watered around the cottage.
