Hi to all....I am moving into my big house to start a preschool and am going to be renting my cottage..Please pass the word on to anyone whom you think might be interested...I am asking $850 (the 50 is for electricity) and their propane is separate, never very much..Of course, it would be wonderful if someone just loved to garden, but not necessary.  I must  have someone who appreciates it enough to keep it watered around the cottage. It will be available around the first of August..265-2554...for those of you who aren't familiar with my place, I am 3 minutes from downtown Nevada City, on 5 acres with lots of fruit trees and a hugh garden....thanks...jacquie
