Arbitron Rated #1 AGAIN!

I just got word from our long-time affiliate WVNA in Florence/Muscle
Shoals, AL about our Fall 2007 ratings. WVNA signed on with us in
early 2006. It is an AM station that drops power from 5000 to 1000 W
at night and delays Free Talk Live by two hours during the week, (they
also run our Saturday show in its live slot). You need to know that
the ratings are embargoed so I can't actually give you our share in
numeric form, but I can beat around the bush. Our Fall 2006 book was
stunningly good. It was so good, that I didn't think it could get any
better. It did:

According to the Fall 2007 book, we're still #1 M25-54 in Florence,
where our huge share of listeners is nearly TRIPLE the 2nd place
station, and their share is in the double digits! We trounced the
"big name" talkers in our daypart on the competing stations, Laura
Ingraham, Mark Levin, Michael Reagan, and Neal Boortz.

I guess we're doing something right! How can Free Talk Live help your
station?

Tupelo Adds FTL Weeknights and an FM!

Our affiliate WKMQ AM in Tupelo has gone from carrying 1 hour of our
Saturday show to 16 hours of Free Talk Live per week, with their
addition of our weekday program! For URBan Radio Broadcasting's
Regional Director of Programming Brian Rickman, it was a no-brainer.
FTL has been #1 (M25-54) on their talker WVNA AM in Florence, AL since
2006. So when they got the nod from the FCC for 24/7 on WKMQ, they
knew exactly what to do with nights: Free Talk Live. As an added
bonus, we're now simulcasting on a 250 watt FM translator in Tupelo!
It's so nice to see more radio groups putting their talk signals on
FM, and instantly increasing their female and younger audiences!

New Quote

"I've added FTL to my weekend lineup, and it has great Interplay
between the hosts and callers. LIVE, free-wheeling, fast-paced, and
always stimulating."
-Bill Meyer, Operations Manager, KMED AM 1440, Medford, OR
