How do you advertise your home when the old media basically doesn’t work anymore? Classified ads are dead. Advertising in the multitude of real estate booklets that are handed out free in stores and restaurants doesn’t work either.

Internet advertising comes in many forms as well. You can pay for ads on many websites. You can upload your photos and description to a multitude of websites that will someday be effective but right now, no one knows about.

Why wouldn’t you put your ads for FREE on BLOGGER, YOUTUBE, METACAFE, BROADCASTER, GOOGLE, YAHOO, where the built-in search engine optimization (SEO) is the peak of optimization?

Advertise on CraigsList for FREE. Advertise in Europe on Yahoo or Google for FREE.

Here’s some other suggestions: If you are going to coop with a selling agent, send out flyers to all the real estate agents in the area. For about $60bucks you can print and have 500 flyers delivered directly to real estate agents in your area. Check with your local real estate association to find the delivery companies.

Get a toll free mail box for information that anyone can get anywhere in the U.S. for free + a fax on demand.
