Wonderful Time At Convention

Welcome back to Florida!! Thank you to all who joined us in
California, we had a wonderful time. I am proud to announce that
Florida had the highest delegation in the nation!!! Way to go
Florida!!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone for working on your school's
membership numbers. That is what allowed us to be the largest
represented state. Every single one of us had a part in our
delegation, even if it wasn't by being able to personally attend.
It was amazing, it seemed that everywhere I went I ran into someone
else from Florida. Every meeting and focus session I attended had
someone else from Florida. I loved meeting you all and look forward
to meeting more of you in October when we have our state convention.
For everyone who was able to attend you know how much fun we had at
national convention, but I know we'll have an even better time at
state.
National convention was a wonderful experience and I encourage all of
you who have the chance to attend next year to do it. In addition to
all of our wonderful Florida representatives I met a number of
fascinating people from around the nation. There were excellent focus
sessions and forums to attend as well. The knowledge and information
a person can obtain from conventions such as these is amazing.
I wish all of you well in the wrapping up of this year. To those of
you graduating and leaving us, we all wish you well. I hope you all
have the best of luck in your wonderful new careers. To all of you
who will be joining next year, remember we are all here for you. The
FNSA was formed for and by the nursing students of Florida and we
appreciate any input you may have.
