RICHMOND, BC, June 22 /CNW/ - Eidam Diagnostics Corporation of
Richmond,
BC, Canada, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a
definitive
Partnership and Co-operation Agreement with Nanjing Joymain Sci. & Tech
Group
(Corp.) of Nanjing, China.
The partnership is estimated to have a value of $100,000,000 to
Eidam
over the initial term of the partnership, composed primarily of product
sales,
services contracts and user fees.
Under the terms of this agreement, Eidam will deploy and operate
its CRT
2000 Thermographic System, in 3000 Joymain health product and service
stores
located in 30 provinces of China. Joymain will supply the space,
infrastructure and support needed to complete implementation of this
project.
The term of this agreement is for an initial 5 years, with an option to
renew
for an additional 5 years.
Joymain has assigned a team of regulatory specialists in the
diagnostic
device field to complete the registration process needed to certify the
CRT
2000 with the SFDA, a requirement for sale in China.
The Partnership represents a landmark transaction for Eidam and
Joymain.

market
within China by many years. Joymain is a household name in China, with
a
