At the google tool bar for firefox page
http://tools.google.com/tools/firefox/toolbar/FT3/intl/en/install.html

I click the button to Agree & Install and a window pops asking what FF
should do, open with.... or save to disk.  I can save it to disk and
it downloads but does not run as there isn't a program associated with
this type of file. If I select open with I again have the same problem
as there isn't a program to run this file.

How can I get this to automatically install without having to select a
program to run it?

I am using FF version 2.0.0.14 running on Vista
