Send To Gmail won't work since 3.0 update. Turned off all add on's
and still the same problem. Tried most everything it seems.
I get the following message when clicking the send to button in
Firefox and choosing gmail:
**"Temporary Error (502)
We’re sorry, but your Gmail account is currently experiencing
errors. You won’t be able to use your account while these errors last,
but don’t worry, your account data and messages are safe. Our
engineers are working to resolve this issue.
Please try accessing your account again in a few minutes.
Can you report this directly to the Gmail team? The Better Gmail 2 add-
on is known to cause issues with Send to Gmail; however, you already
mentioned disabling all of your add-ons and still seeing the issue.
Are you only have trouble accessing Gmail through Send to Gmail, or
are you also unable to log in through the Gmail homepage?
To report the issue, check out this Gmail Help Center article, and
note the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page to report the 502
error message you're seeing:

Thanks for the advice. I have reported this directly to Gmail team.
Hopefully they can shed some light on this.
I have another computer that I use where the send to Gmail button is
working fine. Both are running XP Pro and configured similarly but I
can't seem to figure out what may be different here. The link did
work in the past.
As for the Gmail itself, it works fine. The gmail home page works
well and works flawlessly sending and receiving mail. No problems, no
errors. Only the tool bar send to gmail button gives me the error.

I don't know if you have seen the other thread on this topic, but it
points out that this error message has been seen when the user has
elected to always use https in Gmail. You can change this in Gmail >

Thanks, I did check the https gmail setting and it not set for
"Always https". Either way it makes no difference, "send to",
"gmail" still generates the same error message. Can't seem to find
out what is happening here.
I did contact the Gmail Team directly and they were no help. They
suggested it is a temporary problem. However, this is and has been a
seemingly permanent state. Perhaps someone will come across a fix for
this as I have been unable to resolve it.
