这是我昨天（07-09-12）应邀在暨南大学管理学院所做讲座的演讲稿。

这份次演讲的几个关键点如下：

1）包括了对企业工程的一些新论述，对当前企业工程发了一些看法和小结，特别对我在这个方向上的探索的独特地方进行了点明。

2）第一次公布了新近提出的"政府构建工程"（goverment engineering）基本构想。

3）对模型驱动机制（MDM）和模型驱动系统（MDS）做了迄今最完整的阐述。2005年在《新一代企业信息系统：从实质性需求分析与研究到模型驱动系
统》中，我只初次披露了MDM的基本概念，这次对要点做了更全更深入的阐明，并列举了典型例子，以及最新的应用框架：政府信息化（电子政府）推动模型
等。

演讲文稿也将发在企业工程论坛传统的文档下载区（在 forum.org/bbs/index.asp ）

更新版本：主要是替换了"反馈机制"的图。原来的图容易引起质疑。此外，"从由自由王国迈向必然王国"的说法，演讲后一位听众指出不妥，从而改之。正确
的说法是"从必然王国迈向自由王国"。
