CAMURATI ENGELMANN'S DISEASE (CED) - Also known as Engelmann's Disease, Engelmann's Syndrome, Progressive Diaphyseal Dysplasia, Diaphyseal Dysplasia.
"This is a rare genetic condition that causes the long bones in the legs and arms to become abnormally wide and may change the structure of other bones in the body. Its effects include moderate to severe bone pain (especially in the long bones), skeletal disorders, and weak, underdeveloped leg muscles."
This group was created for people affected by Camurati Engelmann's Disease (CED) who wish to meet others who understand what its like to live with this condition and benefit from their support, friendship and experiences.
