NH Recount - more info

Correction on the phone numbers if you have a connection to a New Hampshire attorney:

 

We are in contact with Bob Fitrakis who is offering to consult with the NH attorney to get proper documents filed to create some sort of challenge to this recount.  Corrections to phone numbers in Abbe's original messages are below:

Bill Gardner, the Sec.of State, has told Walter Reddy, one of the election monitors who was present at the recount every day, that he is "not certifying" the recount results, that that is not part of the process.  We are not certain if that is accurate or not, but that is what he has said.

 

We do know that Albert Howard has three days from the completion of the recount (which did conclude yesterday) to file some type of challenge.

 

Bob Fitrakis has indicated a willingness to help with this but we still need a NH attorney if at all possible. 

 

If we do not make a connection with a NH attorney by tomorrow, there is a possibility that Albert will proceed "pro se".

Here is a synopsis of what is going on:

We are needing, through court orders and legal channels, to stop the
certification of this recount in two days. The recount ended
yesterday.

Also to force election officials to hand over ALL of the appropriate
paper work to prove accountability or tampering that may have occurred
in this recount. THE SOS was given FOIA's requesting critical
documentation right after the election in January that he has refused
to hand over.

Once the info is handed over we will need the time to evaluate it
BEFORE the election is certified. The election is set to be certified
in two days.

It is critical that the attorney realize the importance of the New
Hampshire recount. As Bev Harris pointed out, this is the only state
that utilizes all paper ballots ( optical scan machines read and tally
a paper ballot record), so we actually have a paper ballot that exists
for every vote cast. This is a once in a lifetime chance to prove once
and for all that vote fraud occurred if in fact it did.

It is also an election that had glaring discrepancies between the 20%
of the votes from cities and towns that were hand counted and the 80%
from the cities and towns that were machine tabulated. Not surprising
to those of us working on Election Integrity issues, the hand count
ballots were consistent with the predictions and with the exit polls.

Secretary of State Gardner to date is refusing to hand over pertinent
documents which would prove the accountability of the election.
(yesterday he said he would hand over info today, we do not trust that
he will)

So far he has refused to hand over precinct sign-in sheets, number of
ballots printed for this election, number of ballots brought in for
the recount per precinct and number of spoiled as well as unmarked
ballots. So far we have no accountability that the poll book sign in
sheets match how many ballots arrived in the boxes, and that the
numbers match the sign in sheets. We do have video footage of large
numbers of boxes arriving with broken seals and large knife slits in
the boxes.

We truly need time. We need to subpoena the hard drives from the SOS
offices and the company who printed the ballots, and LHS to
authenticicate that all docs handed over to us were not forged and
altered.

We also need to see reports as to chain of custody of the memory cards
from the optical scan machines and all SOS correspondence with LHS-the
company who operates the voting equipment and the election in 80% of
the State.

It is impossible to date to truly determine what occurred in New
Hampshire without viewing this critical information. We would need to
have the time to evaluate this information and put off certification
of the election.

According to Ken Barnes we have two days before this election will be
certified.

The bottom line concerns fall within a DOJ, FBI, RICO investigation.
(Rico-because LHS runs elections throughout New England and has a very
shoddy highly suspect record. A top manager is a convicted felon. The
company admits switching out memory cards that alter votes just before
elections.)

HOW DO WE STOP the election certification?

Bev Harris has continued to post text and short videos on her
website. If you haven't seen them, please take the few minutes now.

1/29, watching short videos too. You will see amazing footage of boxes
arriving at the recount that had slits in them and with broken
"seals," suggesting a high probability that some boxes had been
tampered with.
