我现在对基于内容的学习平台有点趋向于怀疑。

知识究竟是沉淀下来的文字呢,还是交互过程(包括人机交互和人际交互)所带来的体验本身?

比如说,A读了三篇delicious的极好的文章,B和delicious老鸟F一起吃了顿饭,C在delicious网站里摸爬滚打逛悠了一圈,D加入了d elicious老鸟F组织的远程协作团队,各位估计ABCD最后谁会成为delicious高手?

微课程的主义并不坏,不过我估计最终发挥最大作用的,还是这个微课程所聚集起来的社区。因为如果单就内容而言,google已经足够。

似乎这个主题应该发到edu2,呵呵。

我觉得,内容的重要性,肯定会越来越低于交互作用。交互作用带来了无处不在、无处不变的动态内容。

其實閱讀書本時,也是跟自我,跟作者交互的,最近我讀六祖壇經很有收穫,目前大家太強調人際交互,卻忽略了獨自思考的重要性,有系統有組織的內容,對於
初學者還是很重要,但對於已入門者,微內容方有其價值·

昨天在自己的Blog把大家的讨论写出来了,我的观点如下:

我比较赞同Goldred的观点。知识不仅仅包括沉淀下来的文字(显性知识),也包括交互过程所带来的体验本身(隐性知识)。而且,内容从来就不等于知
识本身。数据和信息,如果没有内在的联系和良好的组织,离知识的距离就还很远。在显性知识和隐性知识的相互转化过程中,日本学者野中郁次郎
(Ikujiro Nonaka)和竹內弘高(Hirotaka Takeuchi)提出了通过在"社会化(socialization)、外在化
(externalization)、组合化 (combination)、内隐化(internalization)"过程中"隐性知识"与"显性知
识"相互转化来进行知识创造与应用的SECI模型(Nonaka,1990;Nonaka和Takeuchi,1995)。这本书在大陆已经有译本《创
造知识的企业》 (The Knowledge-Creating Company)了,请看这里。值得注意的是,这个SECI模型的前提是建立在研究
组织内部的知识管理,而非针对个人。

庄秀丽老师发展了一个基于SECI模型的网络学习过程,将学习者网络自主学习过程归纳为三个发展过程进化阶段,分别为:

    · 交流工具
    · 内容资源
    · 学习伙伴

从这个划分来说,不同的个体对知识的熟悉程度不同,因此,对学习的初级阶段,结构化的课程或者结构化的知识,对大部分人来说比学习网络和学习场更为重
要。

同时,对学习的目的来说,不是所有的人学习某些知识都是要成为那方面的专家,回到前面的话题,NPO组织机构的成员学习Web2.0知识不是要成为
Web2.0方面的专家,进而去创建Web2.0企业或者咨询公司,而是要使用Web2.0工具,更好地促进为NPO组织的发展。

如果一个微课程已经能够让他们在很短的时间内学习如何使用Web2.0工具,那为何要让他们陷入烦琐的在线人际交往中?!同时凭什么让那些骨灰级的网虫
一次又一次地回答同样的初浅问题呢?!

你无力一一回复的话,那么最好的方式就是去写一本书吧,把你的书卖给请教你的人们:)

如果只从内容的角度来说,我们已经有足够多的平台——wikipedia, answers.com都是基于内容的很好的微内容平台
。如果再建设一个新的机遇内容的平台,那么首先要解决的问题是,它的价值增量在什么地方?
