Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Short Description:
Description of Services: Position within the Windows Engineering Unit on the
Maintenance Team, Monday-Friday, day time hours. Responsible for the overall
health of software and hardware of the Windows server environment.
Complete Description:
Description of Deliverables: Job duties include proactive monitoring of the
Windows server environment using multiple tool sets, providing first line
support for software and hardware related issues, applying MS patches,
updating firmware levels and software upgrades. This position requires a
solid background in Windows operating systems, server hardware and software.
Behavior Characteristics:
Fast paced environment, requires ability to adapt to rapid change.
Communication with application groups and several support groups daily over
the phone and in person. Strong customer service skills and the ability to
multi-task are required.
