Subject: Alternative to DynAdvance

Hi

I wonder if anyone has an alternative to Dynadvance notifier that
works with Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo (better if free)

In my case I have a paid version for a few years but it stopped
working last week, I think after I upgrade the security patches in XP.

Thanks

If you use Firefox, there are free add-ons for it that do the job, Gmail
notifier, Yahoo Mail Notifier & Webmail Notifier.

They are all free and work great.

Hi Dean

Thanks very much,

I downloaded "WebMail Notifier" https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4490
and works great, Firefox is not my primary browser as for work most
the webs are IE only but will have it open in the background. Only
feature is missing is an icon on the Windows task bar.

Let me know if you come across anything similar to DynAdvance.

THANKS again.

I can recommend Pennock Email Notifyer from
www.pennock.nl
it might be as what you wanted or what so ever, but it does more than you
ask for. Its not free though but give it a try.
I have been using for a while.
