Pitango Gelato is hoping to expand from Baltimore into
Dupont around November.

WBJ reports old townhouses in the Riggs/PNC complex
north of the circle are looking for retail tenants.
They're looking for businesses such as yoga, ice cream
parlors, clothing, and home furnishings (no
restaurants).
