Ok, call me an idiot.

It appears that with the placeholder "phdocumentmenus" when
recreating the dynamic controls on postback I was not recreating the
reference to the "click handler"

Now it functions.

For reference, Here is the snippet as it exists now from my page load

Hi All,
I seem to be having a problem. I have an update panel with a
placeholder for dynamic controls. The problem is that the controls I
add to the placeholder do not seem to be refreshing the updatepanel.

An "xmlns" attribute is not a normal attribute. It is parsed as an
XNamespace, so cannot be removed so simply.

You could use something like the code in the following article to
remove the Namespace, however:

Your hunch is spot on... the links are probably created dynamically
using client side script (read "Javascript").

all you need is to draw the class diagram?
What are requirements? UML, MS Paint, pencil and paper???

Try to draw rectangles, squares, elipses and label them... See if that
works...

Depends on the medium on which you have to draw...

If it's paper, use a pencil and make bold confident strokes.

If it's electronic media, use Visio/MS Word.

true is that my "solution" works just in managed environment, if you wanted
to call c# non-static function in non-managed static function, you would
need to create another c# static function which would call the non-static

I've searched a lot, but all I find is how to convert ASCII or UTF to
hex bytes, not a string of Hex characters.
