I'm looking for C#.net code which can convert my USB device to
Hardware key, which can be used for locking my application

.net does not directly interact with the hardware, u need to learn c
or c++ for such use.

Thanks guys for the reply.

I can detect the USB device removal and inserting events, all that I want to
know is how can I make the USB device as read only or disable the user from
writing or viewing or formatting the device.
