Two weeks have passed since Estonian translation has been made
available in
http://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/7141 ,
is there something else that can/needs to be done to get it integrated?

What you'll want is another person, fluent in Estonian, to verify the
translations. Then nudge Malcolm, because there doesn't seem to be any
maintainer for the Estonian translations.

The translation has been prepared by Mart Randala and already reviewed
by me.
I volunteer to become the maintainer for Estonian translation.

As for nudging Malcolm, he seems to be away (neither updates on his
blog since late April
nor checkins nor posts to django-devs).

Damn. I've just translated Django to Estonian. How stupid of me.
Anyway, I can also make a review if necessary.

btw, mrts, say hi to Mart. :)

Hello Erik!

It should be decided who will maintain the Estonian translation. I'm
willing to do it, but I am also happy to delegate maintenance to you.
What matters is a long-term commitment to improving the translation.
I'm sure that I use and contribute to Django on regular basis in the
foreseeable future, but it's up to you to decide if you prefers to
maintain it.

The maintainer should
* be accepted by Django i18n team (Malcolm?)
* do a final review of et.po and upload a final complete patch to
#7141
* mark #7141 as ready for checkin and/or commit it to et tree in SVN
(assuming translation maintainers get SVN access to the language tree
they maintain).

Mart Sõmermaa

Hello

I'm willing to take on the maintenance. In the next few days (maybe
even today) I'll merge the diffs we both have submitted and do the
final review.

Erik Allik

Great!

A minor thing -- could you please run the .po-file throug a spell
checker as well before uploading it?

Best regards,
Mart

Erik, any progress on this (a week has passed *wink*)?

Sorry for stepping on your heels, but I really would like to get
Estonian support into trunk to get rid of manual patching.

Regards,
Mart

Hi guys,

I didn't see this thread before reading Marc Fargas's call for
translation reviews on django-users so I rushed in and commented on
the Estonian translations. It seems that they are already well
reviewed, so sorry about that :)
