朋友让我给他公司的前台和另外一些开发讲一些界面设计相关的准则之类的，自己本来想起有很多可讲的，突然又因为觉得前台无法长期有效的遵循一些设计规则，这里的 前台都是做RIA的，所以让他们去做有效的界面设计的可能性有点低，那讲那些会对公司和产品更有好处，常识性的一些东西？请大家帮忙。

讲准则很容易，而且比较常常接触的多数都是针对前台的。重点讲一下如何说服团队成员或者领导，并如何验证这些准则。这样有利于设计师在其团队中获得多数人的信任 ，那么就有可能长期有效的遵循某些准则了。

另外可以设身处地的讲协作流程和技巧。迭代，敏捷，信息传递如何更加有效之类的，目前小型团队的敏捷协作技巧很多。时间充裕的话可以讲讲。
