Looking for a Family with Priority Health and a Child who's has had Heart Surgery at MOTTS 
  Our daughter Kaitlyn was born with a Complete AVSD and will require heart surgery soon. We wish for her surgery to be done at U of M (MOTTS). Extended School Year Services 
  Our son's teacher has documented that, due to the amount he regresses over the summer, he should receive extended school year services.
