Del-Mi District | Crossroads of America Council
Boy Scouts of America
-2007 Centennial Quality District-
Are you a Cub Scout, Boy Scout or Venturing Leader who isn't trained yet? We have a perfect opportunity for you to get started on getting that training done. This Saturday, September 13, at Camp Belzer we will be offering all indoor trainings to any adult who needs to be trained. This is an opportunity to not only help out your unit in it's progress towards the Centennial Quality Unit Award , but also the youth. It is a known fact that youth will be more active within their units when their leaders are trained. They know where to find resources to help them with a specific task or just to find that perfect game to finish out the night. This is also a great opportunity to mingle with others within our district as well as other districts to see what works for them at their meetings. Please visit www.del-mi.org and click on training to register for the upcoming trainings. We look forward to seeing you there! Yours in Scouting, PS--Thanks to your encouragement, over 100 brand new Cub Scout den leaders have been trained thus far at one of our community based evening trainings in Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Noblesville. ______________________________
