Hello Del-Mi District Volunteers,

Our next Roundtable will be held on Thursday, July 10, at Noblesville First United Methodist Church.  It will begin at 7:00 PM.  We will have two program offerings:

1. More Scouts, More Ways, More Impact:
   Special visit by Greg Jacoby, Council Commissioner, and Scott Clabaugh, Council Scout Executive.  They will have a 20-30 minute presentation and will also answer questions.  Our Cub Scout and Boy Scout Roundtables will meet in here together. This meeting will be held in Stephenson Hall on the lower level.  (Enter the east doors underneath the large overhang, go down the stairs, and the room will be directly in front of you.)
   
   
2. School Night for Scouting Training for Pack Leaders
   This will be the first of three opportunities for Cub Scout leaders to learn what to expect at their Fall School Night for Scouting.  The other trainings will be held on July 15 at the Council Kickoff at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and August 14 at the District Kickoff at Carmel High School.  This first training will provide leaders with the opportunity to ask the most questions as the other trainings will certainly be much larger.  We will meet in Stephenson Hall with the other group for the opening and then walk over to the Bi-Rooms where the training will be held. (Enter the east doors, go down the stairs, turn right, and make a slight left immediately past the down ramp.)
