The NCE paddlers from Sydney start their 4 day camp on Sunday,they
have 5 hours of water each day and have scheduled an open (open to
all) session on each day from 11.45 to 1pm.If you want to see some
world class training and have a splash then go for it.
Sunday is a set up day .I am going up to set up gates for an hour
before water is on at 12 till 3pm.
Dont forget the Paddling Seminar at Sports Care Physio on Saturday at
1 pm till 3pm ( see previous post)
