We have started evaluating the project proposals and we are planning
to complete evaluating all the proposals by Jan 31st 2009.

1. Some of you will be getting an email from the evaluator with the
subject
"Need more information for project proposal for Sun CFF 2008"

You are expected to mail back the evaluator the information he/she has
requested. You are not supposed to change the subject and neither are
you supposed to delete the original text in the mail you received.
Just do a "Reply" using your email client and send the necessary
information within 3 days. The earlier the better. Once the evaluator
receives your responses, he/she will reevaluate your project and let
you know the outcome. If you don't send the requested information
within 3 days, the evaluator will reject your project proposal

2. Some of you will be getting an email from the evaluator with the
subject
"Project proposal for Sun CFF 2008 accepted"

This means your project proposal was accepted. The evaluator may have
given some comments which you are supposed to follow while developing
your projects. No need to reply to the email.

3. Some of will be getting an email from the evaluator with the
subject
"Project proposal for Sun CFF 2008 rejected"

This means that the evaluator has rejected your project proposal.

Note that the last day to submit a project proposal is 18th Jan 2009.

Please do not reply to this email thread. All replies to this thread
will be deleted from the CFF google group. If you have any queries,
please start a separate thread.
