The t-shirt makers are on standby, waiting for the artwork and the task of sorting out the infrastructure we need (wi-fi, coffee etc.) is underway.
So, what else do we need?
* Ideas of numbers - who's coming, who's not? * Ideas for Friday night (for those of you who'll be around) - unfortunately the Idea Store won't let us camp there overnight (if anyone knows of anywhere that will let me know) * Ideas for content. We've had a couple of suggestions of things to build, we could start work on these or we could pitch in on some open source projects. Would anyone like to give a talk/presentation? Any other ideas?

Keep your eyes peeled. There may be a change of venue coming up... If anything gets confirmed I'll mail everyone and update the wiki etc.
Ideally we'd like it to start sometime on Friday evening and then run all day Saturday (from say 9/10 in the morning until we're all fed up and want to go home) you should be able to turn up anytime then. I'll make sure full details are circulated prior to the event and I'll mail around some contact numbers as well.

What is still needed? And will there be any sort of collaboration with CDHTexas? It would be great if we could possibly catch what's going on over there (timezone permitting).
I'll certainly be bringing a camera for Flickr duties (I can feel some sort of mocking about 'dedication' there!), and of course a copy of the Hillegass (and Wrox just for completeness).
BTW, if you add the following tag to any Flickr photos of CDHLondon, they'll be brought into the Upcoming page.
T-Shirts are being printed or pressed or whatever you call it.
Ron is sorting out video, he's looking for bandwidth (not sure exactly what he needs) but we should be sorted.
Definitley looking to do a link up with CDH Texas esp. if we get the video sorted, we'll stick my spare iBook to one side as a general IRC/Skype/etc. client if nothing else.
Flickr, you've got covered by the looks of it :) We can sort more of this next week.
Venue. Idea Store is still booked. However it's not ideal due to the time constraints they put on the room. I've found an alternative, but the guy I was talking to was off today, hopefully we can get something confirmed on Monday. The new place will be in Covent Garden which is a bit more central and will be available for us Friday evening/Saturday 'till late, so is better from that point of view (they also have a canteen and stuff). Idea Store only requires 48 hours notice to cancel so that shouldn't be a problem. We'll just have to make extra sure we tell everyone :)
The rest, I suppose is up to everyone on the day(s) we can hammer out a bit more content either here on the wiki if we want to be structured about it, or just turn up and hack like monkeys. I personally think it's going to rock!
