Dear members,

If you feel strange why you receive this email, please see: http://groups.google.com/group/Chinese_TUDelft/msg/dfe2ff544cf8f41c

If you find that you can't read the group emails in hotmail.com webmail, the following hints might help you.

In hotmail.com you might fail to read the chinese tudelft group email because hotmail.com didn't handle UTF-8 encoding automatically.
There are 2 solutions for this problem.  The easier way is:

You can always read the email messages of this group here, and best of it is that it's searchable, archived, accessible from anywhere.

The complexer way (for MS IE and Maxthon users) is:

1. Click right mouse button on the blank area of the page, and click "Encoding".  If "Auto-Select" is selected, un-select it by clicking it.

2. Again, click right mouse button on the blank area of the page, and click "Encoding".  Click on "Unicode (UTF-8)" to make it selected.

Whenever you get unrecognizable text on webpages, you can always try in this way and test with different character encodings in that menu.

Subject: I can't recognize it in my email

Dear He Huan and Hetian Zhan,

I put your address in a Chinese email list group Chinese...@googlegroups.com, for communications between Chinese working/studying at TU Delft.

Emails sent to Chinese...@googlegroups.com will be forwarded to all members in this email list group.  If you feel puzzled, you can request to be removed from this email list.

Dear He Huan,  your problem may be caused by wrong setting of character encoding in the hotmail account.  The original mail was sent in UTF-8 encoding which is able to represent information in multiple languages.  You can always read the old emails by clicking on this URL: http://groups.google.com/group/Chinese_TUDelft

This is a voluntary service to help information exchange between Chinese in TU Delft.  Hope you enjoy it.

Best regards,

Huaxin Wang

Hi wang

Thank you for your information.

But I can't recognize it in my email. Can you check or send it in English?

Thanks

regards

He Huan

Dear He
I did send any e-mail to anyone yesterday, so I don't know what it is.

Regards,
Hetian
