Ad they provide a service to input the local phone number, the remote phone number, then the voipbuster company will call your local phone and connect you to the remote phone.
thus you can use a normal phone to make international calls through voipbuster.  The charge rate is same as using computer, but need to pay 3 ct for each connection.
