Nomination of Dave AA3EJ to CFO

[Ron - WB2JKL]

I would like to nominate Dave Runk, AA3EJ for membership in CFO.

Dave is very active and enthusiastic about QRQ I'm sure many others
have worked him. He can usually be found around 7.027MHz; an
excellent operator and interested in improving his QRQ skills.

I put a big second on that motion! I've worked Dave many times and he's a
great CW op. It's getting hard to find anyone that can actually carry on a
conversation via cw but Dave is an expert at this. Welcome Dave!
