Hey clubs,
Here is a basic outline for all the events for clubs in May-June:
May:
Advisor's gift making
Club binders due THIS FRIDAY!
June:
Advisor's luncheon (6/1/11) ($20 per club, if advisor for 2clubs, $15
dollars from each club)
Announcement of New Clubs for 2011-2012 (TBA)
Meeting with clubs 2011-2012 for contact info/treasurers info.
The only main ASB event that we are hosting for clubs is the Advisor's
luncheon.
If you have any good idea for advisor's gift making, please share your
idea with us!
Good News: We finalized the Open house points, so 7clubs that
participated in the open house will get an event form in your mail
box.
Sorry for forgetting to put the second semester tally sheet in club
box today. We will definitely put them in club mail box by tomorrow at
lunch.
