P.S. Sorry about the delay.

P.P.S. The summer lull is in full swing as ya'll can tell. A total of
4 new bishops named in August so far. The other sad truth is that the
summer months tend to have more deaths - and this month is no
exception with 11 deaths of archbishops and bishops recorded so far.
The good news is that Cardinal Re met with the Holy Father today - so
perhaps we'll see a few more announcements in the coming weeks.
However, typically the summer lull doesn't end until mid-September.
