Notes:

Explore the life ways and music of Bay Area Indians. Participate in early
California rancho life with adobe brick making, pottery, pump drills,
tortilla making, and other crafts. Live music and dance by The Calicanto
Singers (with Lance Beeson playing) and Alta California Dancers. Special kid
friendly guests include Johnny the Donkey and the Amigos de Anza horses. Day
also includes archaeology and living history characters. Bring your camera!
Food available for purchase.

Anza (Don Garate), Father Serra (Bruce Buonuaro), and escolta consisting of
Bob Stevens (Presidio de San Diego), Rick Collins (Presidio de Tucson),
Frank Martinez (Presidio de San Francisco) and Doña Novotny will be in
attendance. The soldados, Suzanne and Don will be organizing "expeditions"
from amoung the young guests, and dressing them in period appropriate
attire, courtesy of the NPS.
