Hi,

I have an APC rack-mount SmartUPS1500 that is suitable for power
conditioning the server rack being set up in CT Hackerspace lair which
now exceeds my personal needs.  It has remote monitoring and alerting,
web management interface, etc.  This is a working unit.  The 'con' is
that within the next couple years it should have the batteries
replaced again (which last ran about $80).

I'm willing to donate this server grade UPS system to CTH and set it
up in exchange for a working used smaller 'desktop' UPS unit (one
designed for a single computer and monitor).

Please let me know if you have a small UPS to spare.

BTW, by 'working' and 'used' means it will pass a power disruption test.
