Animal Husbandry - Sheep

Date: Monday 8 April
Time: 1 - 3:30pm
Cost: £40 (light lunch included)

Our animal husbandry workshops are run by vet Ed Simmons BVetMed MRCVS from Tibbs & Simmons Farm Animal Vets and will include all aspects of animal health and care. This course is aimed at those working with sheep and goats, and who require teaching and training; particularly those involved on small holdings or community farms.

Cheesemaking Workshop with Judy King

Date: Saturday 11 May
Time:10am - 4pm
Cost: £60

This one-day course will give you a hands-on opportunity to learn how to make soft and hard cheeses. The tutor Judy King uses vegetable rennet and milk from her own goats!
