As you may know, we have been busy with a new CAREGROUP on the WAU campus (CUC), called "Food n Faith Friday Nights". It started this year in January, but it just went on break last week for the Summer. It will resume in late August this year.... more »

Dear Parents:
We are planning something a little different for the Middle School class this Sabbath, May 5. CLIC (Changing Lives in Christ), RHI's collegiate/young adult class, along with Kent Franz and Eddie Souza (Middle School leaders), are hosting what they have dubbed, Bush Sabbath :)
Instead of having Sabbath School and indoors at RHI as we usually do, we will be going into nature for a hike to take advantage of the weather, have Sabbath School and listen to a message for Divine Worship.... more »

Bush Church - Sabbath May 5

Clic, We are planning something a little different for Sabbath, May 5 (Not this Sabbath, but the Sabbath next). Instead of having Sabbath School and Divine Worship indoors at RHI as we usually do, we will be going into nature for a hike to take advantage of the weather, have Sabbath School and listen to a message for Divine Worship. I will temporarily call this event, BUSH CHURCH : )Apart from CLIC which includes collegiate and young adults, the middle-schoolers will be planning to join us too. We understand that Sabbath, May 5 is the first Sabbath of the month and therefore is potluck day. So we plan to leave and get back in time to join the rest of RHI for potluck. We will meet at 9am at RHI to leave for our destination. If you are interested, please let us know before this Friday to help us plan. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please let us know. Maybe it's the start time, maybe you don't like nature, maybe you don't want to hang with different age groups... let us know.... more »

Friends, A few updates: ANEW Spring Conference Highly encouraged for youth and especially college students to go. When: This Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Where: Meeting in the Art Sociology building (room #2203). University of Maryland College Park NOTES: Pr. Mike and Pr. Micah will try to attend and encourages any youth to attend for the whole day if you can make it. I will be hoping to leave either after Sabbath School or Divine Service.... more »

Message from Dave: My fellow Americans :-) and my non fellow Americans too! :-)Parule asked me to put together a small singing group to take worship once a month or so. I am looking for a few nice voices to join me in making a joyful noise to the Lord. Our first time on will be for RHI's November 19th Sabbath Service.
