By now you've probably heard that there's a week of fantasticness
right around the corner called Sprog (Aug. 10-18).  We still have a
few spaces to apply, so if you've been planning on it and just haven't
gotten around to it yet, get your registration in asap: http://www.ssc.org/sprog/

The reason for writing of this email, however, is the need for actors
and cooks to be a part of Sprog.  We are in need of 2 full-time cooks
(paid) for the full week, no experience necessary.   And, this is the
exciting part.........................................dumdadadUM: a
host of actors and actresses!   [the truly exciting part would be if
you could do both]

If you are a skilled/aspiring thespian, we need you (please!) to help
us run "the simulation."  This is a crazy role-play held all day on
Saturday, August 17th, where 60+ students will be running around
trying to win their simulated campaigns.  We need people to be dressed
up and in character to play roles such as mayor, city councilor,
professor, university president in order to be lobbied by the
students.  It will be a day of pure madness and fun.  Unfortunately,
we can't afford to pay you, but we can feed you then you should stay
the night and have fun with us if you'd like.
