Are you planning on walking or running in the annual Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run (formerly Sarah Lynn Hughes) race on Oct 4th? You can support local charities like CAFY if you pre-register for the Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run by October 1. Use the affiliate code CAFY when registering on-line http://www.mwcoc.com/roadrace2008.html and $5 of your $15 pre-registration fee will go to your favorite cause. If you'd pr efer, print the mail-in form http://cafy.net/2008cafy5kflyer.pdf. Bonus dollars are given to local charities receiving the most code entries. Thanks for supporting CAFY!

The Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest supports local charities, local businesses and non-profits including CAFY. Stop by the CAFY Information table on Mass Ave and learn more about CAFY activities and how you can get involved!
"Skid School" Crash Prevention Training for Acton-Boxboro Area Teens
Date and Time: Saturday, October 25, 2008 – am and pm sessions
CAFY is a partial sponsor of local "Skid School" sessions along with Acton
Toyota, Danny's Place, PIP, SADD and the Acton Police Association. The
training gives teens the skills they need to maneuver safely and effectively out
of emergency situations.
Special rate of $199 applies ($100 discount) and space is limited.
