ADVANTAGE
Even just to see a Noble is advantageous.
To live with the Noble is quite pleasant.
Pleasing it is to be free from fools.

REGRET
One regrets following fools quite a while,
as company with simpletons just like with
an evil enemy invariably brings much pain.
Otherwise pleasant & inspiring is association
with the calmed ones, as a meeting with an
elder relative.

TRACKING
One should follow those, who are determined,
tolerant, enduring, intelligent, wise, diligent,
clever, good-willed and Noble. One shall stick
to them exactly as the moon to it's regular path.

Fruition is the disappearance of 3 fetters:
personality-belief, skeptical doubt, and attachment to rules and ritual.
In order to enter into this stream to Nibbana, in which one is no more

subject to rebirth in lower worlds, is firmly established, and destined
to full enlightenment, we must listen to the Dhamma.

Reading suttas from the Pali Canon, while relying upon commentary and

guidance from monks and scholars, as well as putting forth great effort

to apply the teachings of the Enlightened One, we begin our journey

toward bliss, contentment, peace.Nibbana.

When we refrain from associating with those of low character, and see

only those who have attained bliss and wisdom through the realization of

compassion and emptiness, our journey is shortened, and our voyage is

swift. Free of pitfalls, and intellectual entanglements, we are assured the

attainment of contentment, freedom, wisdom, happiness, NIBBANA!

Follow the wise to FREEDOM!

With Metta,

Jonathan
