Doc Slow is a long term patient and friend of Dr. Allen Frankel, at least I am almost sure of it. Doc Slow and Dr. Frankel were banned from the Borderland Sciences Research Association shortly after the Y2K bug destroyed most of the corporate database. Slow and Frankel had failed to take corrective measures and were funneling the money into personal research of virtual immerision...playing video games. Dr. H. Drawers later in an association with myself in 1998 managed to expose this to upper management and a decivice action was taken by the Inner Circle, an etheric based watch-dog organization that keeps the light of knowledge alive on this shit dump of a civilization.
By 2001 there was a complete change in management. The coffers were bone dry and the IRS has leins on all the bank accounts. In spite of this Borderlands managed to continue to publish The Journal of Borderland Research until 2004 at which foundation could no longer support a print publication.
2008 finds us looking at this crazy material from 19th century into the early 20th century and at least 63 years of direct observations of kook phenomemon.
The language used to describe this keeps changing...the way we perceive our empiracle evedidence changes over time...
We would be in a much better position to discuss this if the Past Masters of The Borderlands, had not squandered the inheritance and misappropriated corporate funding for their own interest...its best not to throw stones at Mr. Borges...best not to even mention him unless it is announcing a huge donation..and even then...BSRA is a very private organization...
