  Does the state have a right to define the relationship between ISP&#39;s and &lt;br&gt; their customers? I think freedom of speech is an absolute right, with a &lt;br&gt; state having minimal role in defining its scope. &lt;br&gt; Nothing seems to be severe as long as our own blogs are not blocked. &lt;br&gt; Anyways, in this case, the page has been restored *again* after I complained

  ISPs have their terms of service. The site&#39;s owners can choose to &lt;br&gt; host elsewhere with better terms of service -- it&#39;s not as severe as &lt;br&gt; having your primary connectivity ISP blocking stuff.
