Beau, you had mentioned a vague familiarity with "The Secret" in a
past message you posted.

My first introduction to "The Secret", was of the movie. There are in
fact two versions of it. The second released DVD is a bit longer. I
believe it has the previously cut Abraham-Hicks segments as well as a
few others that were now released in the original version.

I have also heard that "The Secret" is also a book, that is (as you
would imagine) more detailed regarding the practical application of
the concepts.

I have the extended version of the DVD, that I oredered form online at
their website. We have an almost three year old, and I must confess,
that it is easier to watch something than to focus for an extended
period on reading something at this point. :-)

Since appearing on the Ellen Show and two days of Oprah, the concepts
of 'The Secret" and using the Law of Attraction (mentioned within) are
hot topics and many people are riding the coat tails of the movie now
as it were.

The "What the Bleep Do We Know?!" movie was released (more widely) and
before "The Secret", and is more concentrated on the (quantum) science
behind the same concepts of creating your own reality. Both are very
interesting and useful approaches in my opinion. They are like
complimentary bookends. There are also now a few longer versions of
"What the Bleep..." on DVD as well.

I highly recommend both!

Richard
