Phoenix Father Kills Sons, Then Himself*

PHOENIX (AP) - A Phoenix man shot his 10- and 11-year-old sons to death
in their home early Friday, then killed himself, police said.

Alan Christopher, 45, shot and killed 11-year-old Cody Christopher and
10-year-old Kevin Christopher and then turned the gun on himself, police
said.

Officers went to the home around 3:30 a.m. after receiving a 911 call,
said Detective Bob Ragsdale, a Phoenix police spokesman.

A woman was in the home at the time of the shooting but was unhurt,
police said. Christopher was divorced from the boys' mother.
