North Dakota faces more floods as heavy rain continues*

A storm brought heavy rain to North Dakota for a second day Tuesday,
causing severe flooding in the streets and damaging a few structures.
A bowling alley in Mandan suffered an estimated $2 million in damage
after its roof collapsed from the weight of the water.
Officials issued flood warnings in several counties as well as tornado
