We're looking for a creative Flash Developer, someone who is equally at ease sketching out
ideas as they are making them those ideas into a website.

+ 3-5 years experience building Flash sites/applications.
+ Expertise in Flash 9/Actionscript 3.0
+ Strong skills building XML/database driven sites and applications
+ Ability to create dynamic, code driven animation.
+ Thorough understanding of OOP
+ Sound understanding of Motion design/Animation techniques.
+ Competent Adobe CS knowledge for Production and graphic preparation.
