OMG… We really do have Masters of Espionage following our game:

Lose this comment, then simply give them the run-around for a little while after the decks are printed. Don't cancel the order as they'll catch the hint and order again under a less obvious name.
They'll eventually get their paws on a deck and print knock-offs, but why make their lead time any shorter? Perhaps add a note with the cards asking folks not to support piracy... pirates aren't stealing from Master of Espionage as much as they are stealing from worthwhile causes, and I think the folks who are buying your cards will know the difference. Besides, it's always best to have the real-deal.

...and publish a low resolution print it yourself version on your website to help make distribution larger. Then put it on bittorrent with a readme that points to your website. Put a bounty up for the first person to make a web based game with it, then a bounty for the first iPhone version, then the first Facebook version.
If this game is as hot as I think it is, all this will make it spread like wildfire, and drive physical sales through the roof. For example, my girlfriend and I can play Carcassonne online for free, but we own the real version, three expansion packs, and Carcassonne Hunters and Gatherers. Board Game / Card Game geeks are not shy about supporting what they love, make the number of people who love it even greater by giving more people a chance to see the thing in all its glory.
